Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
Order Changes:
Changes to an order need to be made within the initial 12 hours of placing your order. Should changes be requested after this period, you will be responsible for return shipping expenses or any charges associated with receiving the merchandise.
30-Day Return Policy:
• Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. During this period, you may return or exchange your order for a different product or variant for any reason, with no hassle or questions. Please note that after 30 days, returns are only accepted for warranty-related issues.
• To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Returned items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping:
• If a return is necessary due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Strollers & Prams will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
• For all other instances, customers are accountable for the costs associated with return shipping.
Refund Policy:
At Strollers & Prams, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds unless specifically elected by Strollers & Prams. Refunds may be granted in limited cases, such as when an item is out of stock or if the product is irreparably damaged and cannot be rectified or replaced. In these situations, we will work closely with our customers to resolve the issue in line with our warranty policy. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing a purchase.
Full refunds are not available in the event of:
- The non-arrival of your order is due to factors under your control, such as supplying an incorrect shipping address.
- Your order has undergone processing for shipment already.
- Other extraordinary circumstances beyond Strollers & Prams’ control.
- Mistaken or incorrect purchases are not eligible for refunds and will be issued store credit only.
- If a refund is granted there may be other charges for restocking and processing of merchandise which will be deducted by us before the refund is issued.
Late or Missing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receiving your return, excluding weekends and holidays.
If you're expecting a refund but have not received it, please begin by checking your bank account. Following that, get in touch with your bank or credit card company, depending on your payment method. Refunds may take time to reflect in your account. Undeliverable Packages:
At times, packages are returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. This can happen due to various reasons, including an inaccurate shipping address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal of the package by the recipient.
Strollers & Prams holds no liability for packages returned as undeliverable. Items within these returned packages will not be eligible for credit or refund. If your package is lost during transit, please kindly proceed to file a claim with your local post office.
