Past this timeframe, our team might have already commenced processing the shipment, preventing us from accommodating any changes. Shipping times:

Order Tracking:

NOTE: Tracking numbers that originate from China may not update until shipment is received by your domestic carrier. Please do not worry as this is normal - please refer to estimates above and contact us only if your shipment is late.

While we always aim to dispatch orders from the warehouse closest to your shipping address, in some cases, an item may not be available at the nearest location. In such instances, your order will be shipped from the next closest warehouse where the item is in stock. Our customer support team will notify you if this occurs.
