- Our policy remains valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, after this 30-day period, we are unable to provide a refund for your return.
- Returned items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging.
- If a return is necessary due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Strollers & Prams will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
