1-Year Warranty: Valid for period one (1) year following the date received.
- Our dedicated team takes 1-3 business days to process your orders. After processing and fulfilment, your item will be promptly shipped. Please visit our Shipping Policy for further information.
- Our shipping department operates from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 7 pm (AWST), with weekends excluded.
- Orders made over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
- Every order is subject to a comprehensive inspection to identify and address any imperfections before being shipped.
- Our policy remains valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, after this 30-day period, we are unable to provide a refund for your return.
- Returned items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging.
- If a return is necessary due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, Strollers & Prams will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
